RISK OF LOSS:

All items purchased through electronic mode through this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (shipping partner) for dispatch.

Delivery Policy:

1. If any Order is placed after 12:00 pm, it will be processed for dispatch the next day only.
2. Shipping address & contact information should be correct and any delay in delivery due to any incorrect information would be the sole responsibility of the customers.
3. We use courier services for standard shipments within Islamabad/Rawalpindi
4. For delivery on a specific date, please place your order at least 18 hours before delivery.
5. Payments can be made by Cash or Card on a Delivery basis.
6. Please make sure that you are providing the entire information accurately especially the recipient’s Name, valid Address & Tel No.

Refund Policy:

Replacement – items not received in good condition: As the nature of the product is edible & perishable, The condition of the products needs to be checked by the customer at the time of receiving the order. There will be no refunds after the order has been received and paid for. Cancellation Policy: Order can only be canceled before delivery is completed. 100% Delivery charges will be applicable on order cancellations by customers once the order has been reached.
